What I do
Learning Strategy
I take a strategic approach to learning, from identifying performance gaps to designing, developing, and evaluating solutions. Whether that’s eLearning, instructor-led training, practical resources, or a solution that isn’t training at all, I focus on solutions that help people and organizations perform at their best.
Accessibility Audits
I evaluate websites, documents, and learning experiences to identify accessibility barriers. I offer WCAG audits with clear, prioritized recommendations, as well as full Section 508 conformance reports. Using assistive technology and hands-on testing, I help make content more usable for everyone.
Consulting & Facilitation
I help educators, designers, and organizations build the knowledge and confidence to create accessible content. Through workshops, consultations, and practical resources, I make accessibility easier to understand and put into practice.
